We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Conduct product presentations and demos for potential clients
Work with inbound and outbound leads
Identify client needs and propose suitable SaaS solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM data accuracy and track pipeline progress
Collaborate with marketing and product teams
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or IT)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., ZOHO sales)
Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales processes
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
