Responsibilities/Обязанности:
- Handle initial inquiries following the Berlitz standards
- Keep track of inquiry numbers and conversion ratios (classification)
- Enter and manage customer information in the LCMS
- Conduct sales interviews and activities through enrollment
- Form and manage groups
- Follow up on unconverted inquiries and inactive customers
- Prepare invoices, collect payments and handle customer segment related accounting activities
- Develop, support and track local marketing activities and promotional events
- Follow-up all programs delivered
- Provide continuous support to all enrolled consumers
- Assure daily contact with LC back office and other LC sales staff
- Attend regular meetings with the Center Manager/
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the sales phere preferable in the Learning Centers
- High level of customer services attitude
- Notable results in the sales. Can provide with the sales transcripts.
