Location: Tashkent, office-based

Schedule: Full-time | 5/2 | Night or Morning shifts

Salary: From 5.2 mil UZS + bonuses

Payments: Twice a month

Responsibilities

• Book international flights for clients
• Offer add-ons: baggage, insurance, upgrades
• Provide excellent service before and after the sale
• Meet targets and earn performance bonuses

Requirements

• English level: B2+
• Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work night or morning shifts
• Motivated to learn, grow, and succeed

Shift Options (Tashkent Time)

Night shift:
20:00-04:00
21:00-05:00
22:00–06:00
23:00-07:00
00:00-08:00
