Sales Skills Development Manager

What you will do:

• Increase agent conversion and net sales by implementing mandatory standards for core sales skills

• Identify skill-driven conversion losses at each funnel stage using CRM data and eliminate them through corrective training

• Standardize sales skills across local and overseas teams by enforcing mandatory certification gates tied to real performance results

• Reduce agent ramp-up time by allowing full lead volume only after readiness criteria are met

• Hold trainers accountable for post-training performance uplift by tracking CRM metrics before and after training

• Eliminate ineffective training content by shutting down modules that fail to deliver measurable conversion improvements

• Enforce adoption of approved sales scripts and objection-handling techniques through call audits and CRM outcome analysis

  What we expect:
