Position Overview: The Hospitality Program Manager / Principal is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the Hospitality Program. This includes ensuring high-quality instruction, coordinating international and local partnerships, and supporting students’ practical training in hospitality management. The role focuses on ensuring program alignment with international and local standards, guiding faculty, and maintaining strong partnerships with local and international hospitality organizations.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning and delivery of all Hospitality program courses
• Coordinate theoretical instruction with international experts and practical training with local hospitality professionals
• Manage collaborations with hotels abroad and Uzbekistan to facilitate internships, practical sessions, and student placements
• Ensure program content meets both local and international standards for hospitality education
• Develop and maintain program curricula, syllabi, and assessment frameworks
• Monitor teaching quality, provide methodological guidance, and support faculty development
• Organize and supervise practical simulations in the program’s hospitality training labs
• Track student progress, internship performance, and certification outcomes
• Facilitate student access to scholarships, accommodations, and transportation during international internships
• Liaise with international partners such as SBS and Pearson to coordinate certification requirements
• Prepare reports on program outcomes, student achievements, and quality improvement initiatives
• Promote the program to prospective students and relevant stakeholders
• Implement initiatives to continuously enhance the program’s educational quality and reputation
• Oversee student placements and internships abroad and Uzbekistan
• Develop policies and procedures for program governance and quality assurance
• Monitor program outcomes and suggest quality improvement initiatives
• Represent the program at industry events and recruitment activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality education, program management, or hotel operations
• Experience with international hospitality standards, certifications, and internship coordination
• Excellent organizational, leadership, mentoring and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-level academic programs and coordinate with international partners
