We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (People Advisory Specialist) to join our team in Tashkent.
You will play a role in supporting EPAM's continued growth through people programs, processes, policies and practices that enable EPAM to attract, develop, engage, leverage and retain talent in highly competitive markets in the region. Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory support to employees and managers on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace matters
- Drive HR initiatives, including onboarding, adaptation, motivation, retention, and performance development
- Use HR analytics to identify trends, prepare insights, and support data-driven decision-making
- Manage and deliver HR projects from design to implementation, ensuring successful outcomes
- Partner with People Ops, Payroll, L&D, and other HR teams to resolve queries and improve processes
- Act as an ambassador of company values, culture, and DEI principles
- Support succession planning, career advising, and performance management conversations
- Facilitate meetings, provide feedback, and promote open communication across teams
- Ensure employee concerns are handled fairly, confidentially, and in compliance with policies
Requirements:
- Completed higher education
- 3-5 years of direct experience in HR/People Management
- Knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) is required, as well as Uzbek, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High level of interaction with both internal stakeholders (employees, shared services, management, etc.) and external partners (vendors, partners, etc.)
- Open-mindedness, proactivity, and attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, adeptly navigating unfamiliar situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of the IT industry and HR industry, including current trends, challenges, and best practices in talent management and employee engagement is beneficial
