Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support
✔ Provide expert legal guidance in compliance with RoK and international legislation
✔ Review and ensure legal compliance of contracts and company documents
✔ Represent the company in legal matters and coordinate with external counsel
✔ Corporate governance support, including secretarial tasks
HR Management
✔ Handle full-scope HR operations: payroll, recruitment, budgeting, and audits
✔ Draft and manage employment documents, contracts, and HR correspondence
✔ Organize training, development, and performance management
✔ Support strategic workforce planning and manpower forecasting
What We’re Looking For:
Higher education degree in Law
3+ years of legal experience in international companies
Proven HR experience
Strong knowledge of RoK Labour Law
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
