General Requirements:
- Нigher education
- Аt least 3 years of work experience in this position
- Knowledge and ability to apply the Labor legislation, methodical, normative and other regulatory documents for the HR management
- Proficiency in 1С - Enterprise 8.0 and other software programs: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Kazakh, Russian and English languages
Duties and functions:
- Мanaging paperwork within the department according to the Labor Code of RK and other normative and regulatory acts regarding the labor relations
- Ensure timely registration of new employees, dismissal and internal transfers of workers
- Ensure timely release of orders for employee business trips, vacations and transfers within the Company
- Organize and keep records of personnel; draft reference letters on staff employment activity; store and keep the employment history files, organize and keep documents
- Create and keep the workers’ personal files as well timely update them when changing the registered data
