About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for an Assistant to Operations Manager.
An Assistant to Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing process improvements. This role involves supervising staff, coordinating interdepartmental activities, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Assistant plays a key role in enhancing productivity and achieving organizational goals.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial applicant screening and coordinate interview scheduling with selected candidates.
- Assist in preparing and facilitating training sessions and onboarding programs.
- Organize, update, and monitor the lead database to ensure accurate tracking of agent performance.
- Listen to, evaluate, and categorize agent call recordings based on defined quality standards.
- Provide first-level support for resolving basic technical issues or escalating when necessary.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Recruitment Support: Proven ability to screen applicants and coordinate interviews efficiently.
- Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills: Capable of preparing training materials and assisting in onboarding processes.
- Data Management Proficiency: Skilled in sorting, updating, and monitoring lead databases with attention to accuracy and consistency.
- Analytical Listening Skills: Able to evaluate call recordings based on defined criteria and consolidate performance data.
- Basic Technical Troubleshooting: Comfortable identifying and resolving routine technical issues or escalating appropriately.
- Language Proficiency: English and Spanish – C1 level, both written and spoken. Spanish is Mandatory

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, recruitment support, or sales operations role.
