Recruitment Manager

Our in-house recruiting team is responsible for hiring the talent Syberry needs to achieve our goals. Currently, the team consists of five recruiters working at different stages of the recruiting pipeline. We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to take the team's efficiency to the next level.

• We have a custom ATS that is integrated into the system managing all company processes.
• Our recruiters have an equal say in terms of who we hire, just like the technical specialists.

What a Recruitment manager will do:

The ultimate responsibility of the Recruitment Manager is to quickly fill open positions. We expect the new hire to achieve this primarily by performing the following activities:

• Manage the recruiting team. Boost the team’s performance, help recruiters grow in their qualifications, hire new team members, and dismiss recruiters if their performance falls below expectations.

• Improve the recruiting processes. Design new recruiting processes and improve existing ones. Collaborate with our internal platform team to automate the processes and improve our custom ATS.

We expect that a Recruitment Manager:

• Has experience in successful team management,

• Has profound experience as a recruiter,

• Can comfortably speak English in job interviews,

• Has experience working in the software engineering industry and possesses knowledge about the industry.

It will be a plus if:

• You have improved existing team processes or integrated new ones,

• You have experience in HR.
