The vacancy considers recruiting candidates in USA and Asia.
Main duties:
- Active candidate's sourcing (IT staff - all roles from Junior to Lead) through various channels
- Conducting HR-interviews, technical interviews, giving feedbacks after to candidates
- Keep updated candidates' database
- Pre-screenings, interviewing candidates, processing feedbacks
- Assistance in HR activities and processes
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands IT recruiting processes, trends
- Is an advanced user of sourcing instruments
- Has previous experience of recruiting IT staff in USA, Asia
- Is ready for late evening and early morning interviews due to the candidates' timezones
- Has an understanding of HR processes
- Fast thinking, attentive to the details and agile-minded
- Can scan people from a first sight and easily gets along with them
- Has excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1-C2)
- Previous experience working for a product company in a similar role is not necessary but would be a plus
Our conditions:
- Work from office (Minsk)
- Full day (8 hours), interviews scheduled for late evening and early morning can be managed remotely from home
- Flexible daily schedule
- Salary twice per month to your USD bank account
