Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of promoters, including performance monitoring and regular evaluation of their results.

  • Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each promoter, analyze sales data, and suggest strategies to improve results.

  • Handle personnel-related matters such as vacations, sick leaves, explaining reasons for absence, and arranging replacements when necessary.

  • Support and assist in increasing sales at retail locations by analyzing individual promoter performance and providing recommendations to boost productivity.

  • Maintain sales reports for promoters, prepare regular reports, and analyze the overall effectiveness of the team.

  • Train and mentor promoters, helping to enhance their skills and motivation to achieve high performance.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and team management.

  • Strong ability to analyze performance and implement strategies to improve results.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage a large team, resolve issues, and maintain a positive working environment.

  • Experience working with sales metrics and performance reporting.

  • Knowledge of retail processes and promotional activities.

  • Ability to motivate and drive a team to meet goals and objectives.

  • English, Uzbek and Russian languages.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
