Regional Operations Manager

YOUR MISSION

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational metrics and supply status of Uzbekistan. The gig-workers are key players in EasyTap, and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the service, as well as its daily performance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view for the long-term success in the region
• Lead regional projects to increase efficiency, reduce no show rate, keep under control costs and improve quality
• Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the region’s supply situation at all times
• Make data-driven decisions to identify best practices and improve regional performance. Standardize processes among cities and countries
• Scale up processes to the whole region while ensuring the right balance between localisation and centralisation
• Develop analytical frameworks, dashboards and models for the region

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar)

Proficiency in English, Russian, Uzbek

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to learn and use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions

• A creative problem-solving mindset that enjoys experimentation

• The ability not only to plan an initiative but also to execute it

• Expertise in MS Excel

• Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient

• Experience in on-demand delivery (highly appreciated)
