Fleet Manager

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. Our company is in need of an experienced fleet manager to join our team of professionals.

Job Summary: As a fleet manager, you will responsible for fleet team management in term of delivering truck maintenance services for our clients on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fleet team members in providing daily truck maintenance services;
• Train newcomers, develop expertise of current fleet team members;
• Assistance in recruiting new staff members;
• Support current team in controversial situations with clients
• Identify and mitigate risks;
• Implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements;
• Establish relationships with suppliers and service providers;
• Negotiate contracts with new suppliers for maintenance and parts
• Implement practices that enhance sustainability within the fleet team;
• Knowledge U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations;

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fleet department (2 years+)
• A bachelor's degree
• Experience in team management
• Advanced English 6.5+ IELTS;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities;
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions;
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office; Google sheets and Excel;
