Trading Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Investigating discrepancies in the trade reconciliation process.

• Integrating new brokers into the reconciliation workflow.

• Reconciling balances based on broker reports.

• Developing monitoring dashboards.

• Creating alerts for various market events to ensure timely responses.

• Developing services to automate activities for the team, in line with the pre-agreed Terms of Reference.

• Providing operational support for Scila.

Qualifications:

• Previous 2+ year experience in Technical L3 Support, Trading Analysis or Trade Support.

• Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language: Python/Julia.

• Experience with traditional trading exchanges.

• Experience with SQL queries, understanding of join, group by, window function.

• Ability to find and combine information from different sources and promptly report any "oddities" found.

• English B2+.
