About us:

We are a modern English language center that has been operating since 2025. With two branches located in Almalyk and Akhangaran, we are proud to have a professional team of over 50 dedicated specialists.

Our instructors hold prestigious qualifications, including IELTS scores up to 8.5, as well as TKT and TESOL certifications.

We are looking for a strong academic leader who can develop academic methodology, maintain high teaching standards, and effectively lead our teaching team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and manage a team of English language teachers
• Develop and implement academic methodology and teaching standards
• Oversee the implementation of the English curriculum and syllabi
• Conduct regular lesson observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers
• Organize Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions and training workshops
• Ensure high academic standards and teaching quality
• Monitor and analyze student progress and academic performance
• Support teachers in improving teaching techniques and classroom management
• Drive academic excellence across all English language programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Linguistics, English Philology, or a related field
• IELTS 8.0+ or CEFR C1/C2 level of English (see IELTS and CEFR)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership
• Strong knowledge of ESL/EFL teaching methodologies
• Experience working with international or native English-speaking teachers
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for academic excellence and educational development
