Responsibilities:

• Structure and analyze strategic tasks (business cases, scenarios, sensitivity analysis, benchmarking);

• Prepare presentations and materials for management in Russian and English with clear recommendations;

• Coordinate projects: timelines, task tracking, RACI, meetings, and action follow-up;

• Communicate with key departments to align scope, expectations, and dependencies;

• Monitor progress of multiple parallel initiatives and report risks and issues;

• Identify risks and prepare mitigation plans;

• Support corporate project management procedures and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical and problem-structuring skills;

• Experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken);

• Experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
