Driver Relations & Retention Specialist

We are currently looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Driver Relations & Retention Specialist to join our Driver Relations Department. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong driver communication, resolving operational and personal concerns, and improving overall driver retention. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and experienced in working with people in high-stress environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily communication with company drivers

• Resolve operational and interpersonal issues in a timely manner

• Identify drivers at risk of resignation and take preventive actions

• Improve driver satisfaction and retention rates

• Coordinate with Dispatch, Safety, HR, and Fleet departments

• Monitor retention metrics and prepare internal reports

• Support drivers with concerns related to loads, home time, or company policies

• Ensure professional and empathetic communication at all times

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

• High emotional intelligence

• Ability to stay calm under pressure

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Fluent English (IELTS 6.5+, Speaking 7+)

• Understanding of trucking industry operations

• Minimum 6+ months of experience in HR, Recruiting, or related field

• Age: 18+

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong computer literacy

• Ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking tools

• Experience working with retention KPIs and performance metrics

Work Schedule:

Full-time, office-based position
