Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Control of oversee employee work permits, visas, their performance management, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal regulations
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
  • Preparation of documents for monthly payroll calculation for local staff
  • Maintain HR documentation, records, and reporting
  • Act as an advisor to management on HR-related matters
Requirements:
  • Higher education in Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Uzbek, English and Russian proficiency is an advantage
