Juru is looking for a Business Development Specialist with an engineering background to join the Business Development team based in Tashkent. Business Development Specialist will work under the supervision of a BD Manager and Head of the PMO Team in multi-disciplinary T&D projects and contribute to the development of green and digital transition-oriented solutions.

Key responsibilities:
- Support identification, screening, and qualification of new business opportunities in energy, infrastructure, and T&D projects;
- Monitor market trends, upcoming tenders, and client pipelines in the region;
- Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals in close coordination with engineering teams;
- Contribute to development of scopes of work, work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource plans for bids;
- Coordinate inputs from multidisciplinary teams for proposals and expressions of interest;
- Maintain communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders during pre-contract and tender stages;
- Participate in client meetings, and technical-commercial discussions;
- Maintain and update BD pipeline, opportunity tracking, and tender registers;
- Support contract clarification and negotiation processes together with technical and commercial teams;
- Provide regular updates to BD Manager and senior management on opportunity status and progress;
- Demonstrate flexibility as needed by the business.
- Support post-award handover from BD to project delivery teams.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a design engineering role;
- Good command of English and Russian, both written and verbal;
- Experience in engineering and/or EPC projects is a big plus;
- Good communication, analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills;
- Hands-on experience with MS Office packages and Google workspace;
- Ability to work in a team-oriented workspace and adapt to the new fast-growing dynamic environment;
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management;
- Approachable, open minded, good listener, diligent, self-motivated, and career-oriented;
- Ability to withstand high pressure and deliver results.
