We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy, ensure sustainable growth, and build a strong financial management system. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, improving profitability, managing risk, and supporting executive decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy

• Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, and financial planning

• Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control processes

• Monitor KPIs such as gross profit, net profit, cash flow, and operating margins

• Provide financial insights to CEO and executive team

• Optimize tax planning and ensure regulatory compliance

• Manage financial risks and internal controls

• Oversee audits and financial reporting standards

• Build and lead the Finance Department (AP, AR, Controllers, Analysts)

• Support company expansion and investment planning

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of senior-level financial management experience

• Strong knowledge of U.S. financial standards and international accounting practices

• Experience in logistics / transportation industry preferred

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

• ACCA / CPA / MBA in Finance preferred

• Excellent English communication skills
