Key Responsibilities:
Rate Calculation & Costing
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for FIT, Groups, Series, and MICE projects;
- Calculate net and selling rates based on supplier contracts;
- Apply mark-ups according to market segment and commercial strategy;
- Ensure pricing accuracy and margin consistency.
System Rate Loading
- Upload hotel contracts, transfer rates, excursion costs, and packages into the reservation system;
- Define validity periods, blackout dates, seasonal rates, and supplements;
- Monitor rate updates and prevent pricing discrepancies.
Contract & Supplier Coordination
- Work closely with Contracting Department to obtain updated hotel and supplier agreements;
- Verify rate sheets and contract conditions before system entry;
- Track contract expiry dates and renewal timelines.
Commercial Analysis
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market price comparisons;
- Support Sales team with special offers and campaign pricing;
- Analyze cost fluctuations and suggest margin adjustments.
Financial Control
- Monitor cost deviations between quoted and actual operational costs;
- Assist Finance department with profitability reports;
- Maintain updated pricing database and archive historical rates.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in DMC pricing, contracting, or reservations;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
- Advanced Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, margin calculations);
- Experience with reservation systems / ERP tourism software;
- Fluency in English (Russian preferred);
- Well Samo Soft - Incoming knowledge.

Working schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday duty once every two weeks;
