Job overview: To lead the housekeeping department in delivering impeccable cleanliness, elevated service standards, and an outstanding luxury guest experience.
Обязанности:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery;
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards to maintain cleanliness and hygiene;
- Monitor the quality of work performed by housekeeping staff and provide ongoing training and development;
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment;
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies;
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure standards are met;
- Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping issues promptly and professionally;
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and special cleaning projects;
- Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, staffing, and expenses for management review;
- Lead initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Требования: - High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Must have at least 3 - 6 years’ experience in the luxury hospitality industry. More experience preferred;
- Have a thorough knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry Operation;
- Basic computer skills;
- Able to read and write excellent English, Russian and preferably another language;
- Communication skills; Organisational skills; Problem solving skills;
- Information system knowledge;
- Guest focus;
- Appearance: Confident, well-groomed and dressed in a business smart manner;
- Personality: Warm, welcoming, smiling and pleasant;
