Lead and manage the Student Support Services department
Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service standards
Handle student inquiries and resolve complex cases
Develop and implement service policies and procedures
Optimize internal processes
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments
Monitor and improve departmental KPIs
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
Experience in the education sector
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
High level of responsibility and initiative
At least Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
