HR Director / Head of HR (Greenfield Project)

Our client is an international industrial company opening a new production facility in Uzbekistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and launching recruitment processes (office and production) in accordance with the plant's structure;
• Developing and updating HR policies in accordance with Uzbek legislation and the group's international standards;
• Managing the employee life cycle (hiring, contracts, dismissals);
• Interacting with government agencies, consultants, and trade unions;
• Planning staffing levels and controlling the HR budget during the project launch phase;
• Developing remuneration systems and incentive programs;
• Organization of adaptation programs and mandatory staff training;
• Control of labor discipline, shift schedules, and overtime work;
• Implementation of performance appraisal systems and talent development programs;
• Creating and managing a local HR team;
• Working with ERP/HR systems and monitoring payroll calculations;
• Managing administrative functions: organizing transportation, catering, security, and cleaning;
• Monitoring administrative and operational costs.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher education (bachelor's degree);

• Relevant experience in HR management (preferably in manufacturing companies);

• Fluency in Turkish or English (required);

• Budgeting and reporting skills;

• Knowledge of the Labor Code and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
