Key Responsibilities:
Organization Design and Manpower Planning:
•Participate in manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower
•Support domain teams in alignment of organization design to business strategy. Identify issues and process gaps to improve alignment, manpower productivity and minimize redundancies
• Review manning /staffing strategy based on functional strategy, provide inputs on and review job descriptions
•Collects and analyses HR data in order to improve organization's workforce performance. Supports the HR function in taking data-driven decisions to attract, manage, and retain employees (incl Mitigation actions to improve attrition, ect)
•Ensure timely corporate HR reporting & analytics
•Administrative expense planning / effective utilisation tracking
Talent Management & Capability building
•Talent review, identification, competency assessment
•Based on guidelines coach line managers in designing and implementing actionable and robust development plans for their teams (for career & professional growth)
•Support in building the talent pipeline for critical positions by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms (career discussions, IDPs, Growth Bridges)
•Analyse of productivity & org structure effectiveness. Support in progression/ promotion process of internal employees
•Hire right talent within lead time & ensure zero talent gaps ensuring the right person for the right job
•Work with L&D to implement the training programmes identified during talent review
•Driving People Development Agenda. Extending help in project realisation
Compensation and Benefits Management
•Lead and manage CNB process as per business requirement and aligning with the corporate C&B guidelines
•Benchmarking business compensation and payout structure
•Lead the annual increment, promotions and manpower budget exercise.
•Lead motivation programs & benefits review :
Incentive policy, Employee benefits, Medical & Life insurance, etc.
Performance Management
•Lead the performance management process for country with regard to goal setting, performance discussions, yearly reviews and consequence management for respective function.
•Employee assesment process design, management and assistanse
•Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Performance Process and monitor progress
•Communicate, train and support all employees at all stages of PMP
•Facilitate the Team Objective Setting and Performance Calibration meetings.
•SPOC for PES system / technical issues support
•Identify development needs and performance improvement programs required along with respective functional heads
Employee Engagement and Communication
•Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations;
•Ensure a transparent and open communication environment.
•Support the leadership team in driving the ASPIRE culture and ensuring that the values of the organization are upheld at all times
•Organize and drive employee engagement activities/ events
• Design R&R programs and engagement initiatives to ensure employee engagement to improve unit productivity.
•Closely monitor new hire engagement and exiting employees impressions, have retention dialogue with the employees, feedback key inputs to work on remediation
•Implement various talent engagement initiatives like townhalls, talking talent sessions, team collaboration events, etc
•Ensure communiucation flow of corpoate news, local initiatives, recognitions, etc.
Talent Acquisition
•Build robust framework to improve effectiveness and quality of recruitments
•Ensure consistent and timely manning at all levels
•Participate in position in-take interviews with hiring managers, facilitate the selection process wherever required
•Facilitate and enable hiring managers to induct/on-board new employees.
•Facilitate the internship process, monitor execution of onboarding and induction process for new joiners
Statutory Compliance Management:
•Ensure compliance to applicable statutory, provisions with the help of experts internally / externally and maintain audit readiness on real time basis.
•Responsible for HR data management and accuracy
•Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
•Ensure up-dated Handbook in place
HR Operations and Contract management
•Employee personal files management
•Leaves management / employee allowances / employee expenses claims
•Ensure compliance documentation to Labour Law and internal policies;
•Constant review and documents update as per legale requirements (contracts/ JDs, Internal Rules and Regulations, etc.)
•SAP process management / data accuracy
•Related order creation
•Documentation and reporting
•Contract management for all HR related events/ activities (ex.- recruitment agencies, insurance provider, job boards platform, labour medicine provider, engagement events/ activities, etc.)

•All staff cost related expense budgeting/ planning/ effective funds allocation / spend tracking
•Legal and complience process fulfilment
Payroll management
•Ensure all data required for payroll calculation is provided to finance
•Verify calculation
•Work with Chief Accountant on payroll files to submit in month closing reports
•Guide payroll and all transactional activities from recruitment to exit
•Administrate payroll in a timely and errorfree manner;
Leadership of HR team
•Drive team member perfomance, setting goals and expectations, delivery and effectiveness evaluation
•Provide support and assistance in team members development
Technical Requirements:
• Strong understanding of Organization Design & Development, Resourcing, Capability Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Talent Management practices.
•Advanced English knowelege and local language (Uzbekistan)
•work experience in international companies
•Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAP HR would be an asset);
Educational & Experience:
•higher education, degree in HR/management of business will be as advantage
• at least 5 years of experience on similar role
•Local labour legislation knowelege
•people menegement skills
