Responsibilities:
-Searching and attracting candidates through job portals, social media, and direct sourcing
-Conducting interviews and pre-screening assessments
-Guiding candidates through onboarding and training sessions
-Maintaining candidate records and databases
-Posting and managing job advertisements
-Coordinating with partner companies regarding vacancies
Requirements:
-Ability to work in a team and female-friendly environment
-Fluency in English (C1)
-Education in HR, psychology, or management (preferred)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Organized, proactive, and result-oriented
Salary: 800-1000 USD (Discussed during the interview)
