HR Recruiter

• Recruiting CDL drivers and owner-operators for a US-based trucking company
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Explaining company policies, pay structure, and requirements
• Managing onboarding and documentation process
• Maintaining communication with drivers

• Strong communication skills
• Basic English (preferred)
• Experience in trucking or logistics recruitment is a plus
• Organized and responsible
• Office-based work

• Full-time, office-based position (Tashkent)
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00PM – 2:00 AM
• Salary starts from $500 (fixed) + performance bonuses
• Salary increase based on results and experience
• 1-month probation period
• Official employment (if applicable)
• Candidate must be responsible and result-oriented
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
