Responsibilities:

- Responsible to answer all phone calls, track vehicles, handle emails and communicate with the driver(s)
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
- Update customers on the status of their transportation including any delays that occur
- Fluent Russian
- Fluent English
- Uzbek medium level is enough
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Working schedule 6/1
- Time Management Skills
