MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Engage in the implementation of sales planning strategies as well as support Product, Pricing related assignments.
KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
- Communication with dealers
· Serve as the primary point of contact for daily communication with dealers in Uzbekistan (possibly in Tajikistan) on matters related to new car sales, reservations, allocation, payment, delivery, and ordering.
· Participate in regular meetings with Manufacturer, Sumitomo Corporation and dealers on topics related to orders, pricing, and product.
· Review, check, and prepare preliminary dealer contracts in accordance with placed production orders.
· Sales planning and target management
· Support the development and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
· Assist in setting, distributing, and communicating sales targets across the dealer network.
- Order Management, Inventory & Logistics Planning
· Maintain and update the sales and order management sheet for Uzbekistan (and potentially Tajikistan) on a continuous basis to prevent aged stock accumulation and minimize lost sales opportunities.
· Manage stock reports and develop weekly, monthly, and annual loading plans.
· Maintain accurate calculations and gross profit (GP) projections; prepare and continuously update production order files, rundown sheets, and all supporting materials.
· Create, update, and follow up on traffic control reports to ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery.
· Pricing, Strategy & Product Planning
- Lead the monthly preparation of pricing and planning strategy materials and conduct monthly planning meetings.
· Conduct competitive product and pricing analysis (CEP analysis) to support strategic decision-making.
· Maintain and update model strategy; participate in product development discussions and control product specifications in the Manufacturer's system (COSMOS).
· Analyze market data on sales and imports; participate in business planning for the sales division, including the preparation and updating of RD, CEP, and OAP materials.
- Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
· Monitor and review dealer sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis; identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and escalate deviations from targets to the General Manager in a timely manner.
· Compile and maintain accurate sales performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Prepare structured reports and presentations for the General Manager to support data-driven decision-making.
· Digitalization & Process Improvement
- Actively participate in the company's ongoing sales report digitalization project and support the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data management processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· No prior professional experience required (includes a fresh graduate).
· With integrity, ambition & growth mind set and accountability.
· Fluent in English, Russian and preferably Uzbek both in verbal and writing skills.
· Communication skills with critical and logical thinking.
· Advanced skills of Excel (finance area preferable) is a plus.
· Data and documents analysis is a plus.
