Updater (Junior Specialists)

We are currently looking for responsible and detail-oriented Updaters (Junior Specialists) to join our Update Department. This role is ideal for young professionals who are eager to start their career in the logistics industry and work in a fast-paced international environment. The Updater will be responsible for providing timely updates, supporting operational processes, and ensuring accurate communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and timely load updates

• Ensure all required information is entered into the system correctly

• Communicate with internal departments regarding load status

• Monitor ongoing shipments and report any changes

• Perform multitasking in a dynamic work environment

• Support dispatch and operations teams with daily updates

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English and/or Russian required)

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• IELTS - 6.5 / CEFR certificate preferred

• No prior experience required (entry-level position)
