Junior Lawyer

📝 Job duties
Conduct KYC verification of customers, suppliers, and partners;
Perform sanctions and restricted party screening in line with company policies;
Review sales, purchase, logistics, and service contracts for legal risks;
Ensure contracts comply with company standards and applicable laws;
Draft and review legal responses to customers, partners, and authorities;
Handle routine legal correspondence related to disputes and claims;
Support compliance with local and international regulations (trade, sanctions, commercial law);
Maintain proper filing of contracts, KYC documents, and legal communications;
Identify basic legal risks and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Candidate requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification;
Basic knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and compliance;
Understanding of KYC and sanctions screening processes is an advantage;
Strong drafting and communication skills;
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible;
Demonstrate proficiency in Uzbek, English, and Russian;
Confident PC user (MS Office, Google tools);
Willingness to learn and grow in corporate legal practice.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
