About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Affairs Manager to lead the administrative function of the company, ensuring smooth operations of both the head office and the manufacturing plant. The role includes managing a team of 4–5 General Affairs specialists and building efficient service-oriented processes across all administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a General Affairs team (4–5 employees): task allocation, performance monitoring, team development.
- Set up and optimize administrative and facility management workflows.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of both the office and the manufacturing site.
- Oversee facility maintenance, cleaning, service contracts, and vendor management.
- Manage supply procurement (water, stationery, consumables, etc.).
- Organize business travel: booking flights, accommodation, transportation.
- Develop and maintain company travel policies.
- Coordinate administrative support: housing rentals, car leasing, and relocation-related services.
- Liaise with real estate agents, leasing providers, and service vendors.
- Organize internal events: corporate gatherings, executive visits, team-building activities, and meetings.
- Oversee implementation of security policies and procedures across plant and office.
- Ensure proper functioning of security systems, access control, CCTV, and emergency response processes (via the Security Specialist).
- Monitor and optimize department budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Legal.
- Support internal initiatives focused on employee experience and workplace efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Facility Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing a team.
- Experience working with or overseeing security functions is an advantage.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial companies (automotive preferred).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge of administrative operations and relevant compliance or regulatory requirements is a plus.
- English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or above.
