As a BDM, you will drive Genesis CSP’s expansion into international content markets. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging regional content scouts and ensuring a steady flow of high-quality video content for distribution.

Your work will directly impact the growth of our digital channel network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Network Development Identify and engage with content production companies, studios, and distributors across key international regions.

2. Support for New Content Initiatives Assist in testing niche strategies and launching new content formats (e.g., music playlists, animation, short form entertainment).

3. Content Delivery Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (content, dubbing, analytics) to ensure smooth handoff and preparation of content for publishing.

4. Workflow Improvement & Optimization

Continuously improve sourcing processes through partner feedback, database maintenance, and funnel performance analysis.

KPI-Driven Tasks

1. Content Acquisition: Secure delivery of at least 30 relevant videos through regional partners within the first 60 days.

3. Database Growth: Build and maintain a database of 100+ vetted content providers, including studios, production houses, and content farms.

4. Conversion to Publishing: Achieve a minimum 30% approval rate from the content team (video selection → dubbing → publication).

5. Hypothesis Testing: Propose and test at least one niche content strategy (e.g., music playlists, educational videos, brainrot content) with 5 pilot uploads.

Key Competencies Required

1. Fluent business English (written and oral) – strong communication with international partners.

2. Proactive outreach and negotiation skills – ability to build partnerships from scratch.

3. Market awareness – understanding of YouTube ecosystem, digital content trends, and media distribution.

4. Structured thinking and prioritization – quickly assess partner value, filter low potential leads.

5.Self-driven and organized – comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
