Responsibilities:
Implement the Country Customer Marketing strategy for assigned categories.
Plan and execute marketing activities across mass market and pharmacy channels.
Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, POS materials, and merchandising standards.
Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive category growth.
Analyze campaign effectiveness, category performance, and manage budgets.
5+ years of experience in customer/shoppers marketing or marketing in FMCG / Healthcare.
Proven experience in developing category strategies and customer activation plans.
Strong understanding of shopper, category, and customer behavior across channels.
Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence key stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
Full-time role with responsibility for category strategy and customer marketing.
