Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead channel enablement and vendor engagement initiatives across Kazakhstan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key partners, and driving sales of cybersecurity and IT solutions within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow market share and achieve sales targets in Uzbekistan

· Build and manage relationships with key resellers, integrators, and end-customers

· Act as the primary point of contact for partners and customers in the region

· Work closely with vendors to ensure alignment on GTM strategies, pricing, and enablement

· Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners aligned with company objectives

· Oversee deal registration, project pipeline management, and sales forecasting

· Conduct regular partner training, business dinners/breakfasts, and enablement sessions

· Represent the company at regional industry events, expos, and customer meetings

· Monitor local market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or distribution (preferably in cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise IT)

· Solid understanding of the IT channel ecosystem in Kazakhstan

· Must be located in Kazakhstan

· Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Experience in managing vendor relationships and navigating procurement cycles

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Fluent in Russian and Kazakh (English proficiency is a strong advantage)

· Ability to work independently and travel within the region when required

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working with global cybersecurity vendors (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Fortinet, SentinelOne, etc.)

· Understanding of government, finance, and telecom sectors in Kazakhstan

· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms

· Existing network of trusted partners or end-customers in the territory
