A Key Aspect of This Role:
You will work in tandem with a second Personal Assistant based in a different location. This is a unique opportunity for close collaboration within a distributed team, sharing expertise, and providing mutual support to ensure the flawless organization of the executive's work.
Responsibilities:
- Full organizational support for the General Director: schedule management (meetings, calls, negotiations), task prioritization.
- Monitoring deadlines and execution of assignments across all areas (administrative, travel-related, and personal tasks).
- Organizing business trips (full travel support: booking flights, train tickets, hotels, transfers; arranging visas and insurance).
- Handling and organizing document flow (orders, contracts, expense reports, etc.).
- Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including initial analysis and filtering of information.
- Coordinating the work of the General Director's personal driver.
- Prompt execution of other tasks assigned by the executive.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- High typing speed and accuracy (Russian/English).
- Experience in business correspondence and strong communication skills.
- Proactivity, ability to work in a multitasking environment, and a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
