About us

We are a fast-growing company specializing in the development and promotion of an innovative product line for children aged 0–5 years, including learning apps, wooden toys, catchy songs, and 3D animated episodes. Our mission is to create exceptional products that kids love for being fun, and parents value for the learning they bring. As we expand our marketing department, we are seeking a talented and driven Brand Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy for our product line.

  • Manage brand positioning in the market, ensuring strong brand recognition and customer loyalty.

  • Create and implement a social media strategy, including platform selection, content planning, and performance tracking.

  • Oversee content creation and publication across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.

  • Lead the strategic direction of brand development, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget for brand and social media initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, sales) to ensure brand consistency.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand strategies.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand and social media campaigns, using data to optimize performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.

  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1+ level) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and content plans.

  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
