About the Role: CRM Manager
We’re looking for an expert who will take full ownership of our current system: create, maintain, and enhance push and email campaigns, dive deep into the product, and take our CRM to the next level ✨. In this role, you will work with push and email communications, analyze data, and focus on boosting user engagement and conversions.
✍ Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize push & email campaigns
Maintain and modify current campaigns and flows
Write engaging copy for campaigns (with optional support from a copywriter)
Develop new flows, segments, and one-off campaigns based on user behavior
