About the Role: Community Manager
We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong Community Manager who will become the voice and the heart of Yesim in key digital spaces. In this role, you will independently identify priorities within your area of responsibility, propose initiatives, and drive them to measurable results. Your mission will be to grow communities, build trustful relationships with users, increase engagement, and manage the brand’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities

Grow and moderate communities on Telegram, Reddit, Trustpilot, and other platforms

Identify priority tasks within the community, propose initiatives, and bring them to completion

Work with user feedback, including negative reviews, to build a positive brand image

Launch and manage ambassador and micro-influencer programs

Use analytics tools (e.g., YouScan) and predictive analytics to measure and forecast effectiveness
Candidate Requirements

2+ years of experience in community management or related fields (SMM, PR, marketing)

High level of proactivity: ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive initiatives to results

Strong analytical skills and experience working with community metrics (reach, engagement, effectiveness of publications)

Hands-on experience with Telegram, Reddit, and Trustpilot

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trustful relationships

SERM skills: understanding the principles of Search Engine Reputation Management to enhance product image

Self-driven, responsible, and reliable

Experience in pushing products to the top of search results using AI tools

Familiarity with additional platforms: Twitter, Instagram, Discord, Snapchat

Personal experience running communities or active public channels

Interest in digital culture, influencer trends, and community marketing
Languages
