Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for technical and administrative positions.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (databases, LinkedIn, local portals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with technical departments.
- Maintain and update the candidate database (CV bank).
- Prepare recruitment status reports and support hiring plan execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment procedures and labor regulations.
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, English (Turkish is an advantage).
- Experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
