Chief Product Officer (CPO) / Head of Product (Директор по продукту)

We are looking for a Chief Product Officer to join our team and drive the expansion of our flagship fintech product. Our platform provides access to a multifunctional ecosystem for working with finance and crypto, serving a global audience with a rapidly growing user base.

We expect you to:

• Proven experience in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or Web3 industry, along with a deep understanding of the market landscape.

• Understand the industry in which the product operates, as well as its users, trends, market specifics, and key players

• Be able to analyze the market, segment the target audience, generate hypotheses, create MVPs and test them quickly, and conduct customer development (CustDev)

• Have experience in building business models; understand business goals and be able to influence progress toward achieving them

• Be able to identify customer needs and understand consumption models

• Be familiar with marketing and sales strategies and processes

• Be able to analyze the competitive landscape in terms of products and pricing

• Have experience implementing a roadmap and translating it into a backlog for developers

• Be capable of managing a team of product managers, designers, and analysts
