About the Company: 42 Gaming Group is a rapidly growing international gaming operator working in regulated markets with local licenses. We are specialize in the B2C segment. Our operations in Greece have been running successfully for over 3 years, and we continue to actively develop across multiple European markets.
We are expanding our product team and looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our operations in Serbia and Greece - two fragmented markets with rapid evolution and constant need for deep context, user-centric thinking, and cross-functional coordination.

This is a strategically important, independent, and highly autonomous role that will reduce operational chaos, unblock strategic initiatives, and allow our leadership to focus on strategy, growth, and scaling. Our cross-functional teams (Retention, Marketing, Support, VIP) have confirmed the need for a Product Manager who can structure tasks and think beyond just managing a Jira board.
Strategic Product Operations:
Take full ownership of product operations for Serbia and Greece markets
Handle local tasks and coordinate with global product team
Process feature requests from other teams and prioritize based on business impact
Consider local and regulatory specifics in short & long-term planning
Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Build effective collaboration with marketing, CRM, retention, support, and local teams
Support marketing campaigns from product perspective
Coordinate bonus operations together with retention team
Work closely with analytics team on data requests
Product Development & Documentation:
Develop product briefs, specifications, and estimates
Support tasks, copy, and bonus logic implementation
Set up and maintain documentation in Confluence
Document outdated user scenarios and processes
Stakeholder Management:
Establish communication channels with stakeholders
Maintain order in meetings and protocol for task acceptance
Manage communication with SoftSwiss on operational matters
Regulate internal processes
User Experience Focus:
Handle UX tasks and copy optimization
Think in terms of user journey, not just individual features
Understand product mathematics or know where to get expertise
During Probation Period and Beyond:
Handle all local product operations for Serbia and Greece
Support development of product briefs, specs, and estimates
Process feature requests from other teams
Manage frontend tasks, copy, and bonus logic coordination
Set up proper documentation processes
Professional Experience:
Fluent English and fluent Russian
Experience in e-commerce or digital products is highly valuable
Strong background in product management with proven results
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Core Competencies:
