We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Affiliate & IB Channel Manager. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for driving revenue growth in Forex, CFD, or Crypto markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the IB and affiliate channel revenue, defining growth KPIs, revenue targets, and performance strategies
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, agents, and IB partners across key markets, with a focus on APAC & LATAM
• Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and bonus structures
• Set and monitor channel performance goals, analyzing partner results to optimize revenue
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to streamline IB operations, including partner listings, payment flows, dashboards, and agreements
• Propose and manage GEO-specific campaigns, landing pages, banners, teasers, and bonuses
• Develop onboarding and training materials to support partners’ product knowledge
• Maintain up-to-date records of agreements, performance, payouts, and ensure compliance
• Design, implement, and support all partnership-related processes
• Build relationships with SaaS integrators and create new distribution models for IT products
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing affiliate or IB channels in Forex, CFD, or Crypto markets
• Strong understanding of financial markets and SaaS products
