We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Institutional Liquidity Sales Manager to lead new business development. This fully remote role based in Georgia suits a proactive sales professional with deep FX industry knowledge and a strong institutional network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aggressively acquire new institutional clients via cold calling, networking, and existing contacts
• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets
• Close high-value liquidity deals and ensure swift onboarding
• Build and manage a strong qualified lead pipeline, focusing on FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors
• Represent the company at global industry events and build relationships with key decision-makers
• Recruit and support high-performing Introducing Brokers (IBs) to expand the network
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to optimize strategies
• Maintain CRM records and report regularly on sales performance
Requirements:
• 5+ years direct B2B FX sales experience with institutional liquidity solutions
• Proven success closing large deals and exceeding sales goals
• Strong cold lead generation and conversion skills
• Deep understanding of FX liquidity, trading platforms, and institutional market structure
• Established network with institutional clients (hedge funds, prop firms, banks)
• Experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to perform under pressure
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics
