JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Business Development (Affiliate Management) to drive our partnership and revenue growth initiatives. This role involves developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align our efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing business partnerships, maximizing ROI on deal-making activities, and ensuring sustained corporate growth across multiple markets. This position demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to forge valuable, long-lasting partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliate Management:
- Define and oversee comprehensive business development plans, including prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Pinpoint potential strategic alliances, expansion initiatives, and revenue-generating collaborations in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Conduct research and evaluation to support related departments to expand new business into new markets in order to maximize global revenue opportunities.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient execution of team KPIs.
- Implement best practices and processes to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
- Manage the team, motivate and evaluate employees.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Continuously refine negotiation strategies, partnership models (rev share, CPA, etc.), and contract terms to ensure profitable outcomes.
- Leverage tools like CRM systems and analytics platforms to drive insights and decision-making.
- Use analytics tools like PBI, Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track performance and generate regular reports.
- Recruit and mentor a results-driven Business Development team. Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and professional development to foster a culture of high performance.
- Establish individual and team KPIs and conduct regular performance assessments.
- Set plans and targets for revenue growth and return on investment, adjusting expenditures to optimize results.
Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (strategy, marketing, finance, product, etc.) to align business development initiatives with overarching corporate objectives.
- Serve as the key liaison with partners, ensuring clear communication, mutual benefit, and long-term success.
- Gather partner insights and market feedback to share with product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Industry & Trend Awareness:
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies that could impact the business.
- Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events, establishing credibility and fostering networking opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development roles.
- Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, CPA networks, and global eCommerce landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse markets (knowledge of any two English, Russian and Indian languages).
- Capacity to analyze complex market data and formulate actionable growth strategies.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Leadership Certifications (e.g., Project Management, Executive Leadership).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of CPA models and performance-based marketing.
- Experience with platforms like Tableau or Power BI to present insights clearly.

Управление партнёрскими программами:
- Разработка и реализация стратегического плана развития партнёрских программ: поиск, переговоры и заключение контрактов.

Операционное управление:

Мониторинг и оптимизация:

- Использование CRM-систем и аналитических платформ для принятия решений.
- Применение инструментов аналитики, таких как Power BI, Google Analytics и других, для отслеживания результатов.
- Набор и развитие команды: менторство, постановка целей, профессиональное развитие.
- Определение KPI для команды и отдельных сотрудников, регулярная оценка производительности.
- Установка целей по росту выручки и оптимизация расходов.
Взаимодействие и координация:
- Работа с внутренними отделами (стратегия, маркетинг, финансы, продукт) для согласования бизнес-инициатив.
- Основной контакт с партнёрами: обеспечение прозрачности, взаимной выгоды и долгосрочного успеха.
- Сбор обратной связи от партнёров и передача её в продуктовую и маркетинговую команды.
Анализ отрасли и трендов:
- Отслеживание рыночных тенденций, действий конкурентов и новых технологий.
- Представление компании на конференциях, вебинарах и отраслевых мероприятиях.
ТРЕБОВАНИЯ
- Высшее образование в области бизнеса, маркетинга или смежной сферы.
- Опыт работы 5+ лет в бизнес-девелопменте, стратегических партнёрствах или корпоративном развитии.
- Опыт управления воронкой продаж, прогнозирования и работы с KPI.
- Знание digital-маркетинга, CPA-сетей и международной eCommerce-среды.
- Успешный опыт заключения крупных сделок, отличные навыки коммуникации и презентации.
- Способность эффективно работать в международной среде (знание двух из следующих языков: английский, русский, индийский).
- Навыки анализа рынка и построения стратегий роста.
