We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to join our team and lead the HR and administrative support department, ensuring efficient people management, compliance with labor regulations, and seamless organizational operations.
Areas of responsibility
HR&Admin Operations
- Oversee all HR operations, ensuring accurate and compliant execution of employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, administration, offboarding)
- Ensure legal compliance with Kazakhstan’s labor law and internal HR policies
- Maintain and improve HR systems (e.g., 1C), data accuracy, and reporting
- Participate in company-wide projects related to business process mapping and HR process automation, acting as the HR lead for implementation and change support
- Manage administrative functions: office operations, vendor coordination, procurement, and cost control
Talent Management
- Coordinate and ensure timely execution of the full performance evaluation cycle, including KPI planning, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments in alignment with corporate standards
- Support the development and implementation of employee development plans in cooperation with department heads and oversee tracking of progress
- Coordinate employee communication, onboarding programs, and well-being initiatives
- Collect and consolidate results of employee engagement surveys; prepare reports and coordinate improvement action plans with business units
- Plan and execute training activities based on identified needs; ensure proper documentation, vendor coordination, and reporting on training ROI
People Leadership
- Supervise the HR and Admin team, provide coaching and development, ensure workload distribution
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and ethical working environment
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management on HR and administrative KPIs
What do we expect
- University degree and relevant professional certification
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Kazakhstan’s labor law
- Experience with 1C, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- English – B2 level or higher
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
