Creative Manager / Creative Producer

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate creative ideas for mobile game and app ads across Snapchat and TikTok.

• Develop and assign design briefs to designers, review, and approve completed work.

• Design new ad concepts and variations based on insights from the buying team.

• Run split tests and analyze their results to optimize performance.

• Conduct market analysis of apps and competitors to develop promotion strategies.

• Love coming up with a constant flow of fresh ideas, regardless of what’s happening outside.

• Communicate clearly, and your briefs are easy to understand, even for the most “creative” designers.

• Have a solid grasp of composition, color theory, dynamics, and know how they impact advertising.

• Have an understanding of (or even some experience with) how designers handle composition, animation, retouching, video editing, clipping paths, tracking, and other design processes.

• Actively use social media and watch ads instead of skipping through them (at least recently).

• Are interested in or have knowledge across a wide range of areas, from sports to old-school RPGs, Japanese animation to modern design.

• Experience in mobile game and app marketing will be a big advantage, especially if you understand what makes good ads stand out and the metrics that reflect success.
