Product Manager / Game Designer

The Open Platform (TOP) is a leading venture builder and investor for early-stage projects on the TON blockchain and Telegram. TOP provides a powerful toolkit of funding, expertise and technology resources, streamlining access to critical tools like wallets, developer resources, SDKs, APIs and marketplaces. TOP also develops and supports leading ecosystem products incl. Wallet in Telegram, Tonkeeper, STON.fi, Getgems and more.

With this support and expertise, TOP enables developers and entrepreneurs to build scalable Web3 products ready for widespread adoption.

We're building an M2E (move-to-earn) product on top of Telegram Mini Apps. Centered around the “move to earn” concept, it transforms staying active into an engaging and rewarding experience through games, challenges, raffles, and shared goals with friends. Our ambition is to become the largest app of its kind, capturing and holding the attention of the majority of Telegram users worldwide.

We are looking for someone who can help us create not just a seamless and functional product, but one that's bold, vibrant and deeply emotional.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help us scale and ship features fast. This is not a strategic or roadmap ownership role — we’ve already got the direction. You’ll be focused on execution: delivering value, improving user experience, and helping the team move faster.

What you’ll do:

• Drive feature development from idea to production: create specs, manage delivery, and monitor results.
• Collaborate closely with designers and developers (we mostly work through Telegram and Notion).
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Write clear and concise product requirements (PRDs), prioritize tasks, and keep the backlog healthy.
• Run quick experiments and A/B tests, draw conclusions from data, and iterate.
• Join regular team syncs and actively participate in decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital or mobile-first products.
• Strong understanding of key product metrics: retention, conversion, LTV, etc.
• Hands-on experience delivering features end-to-end.
• Solid grasp of unit economics and monetization basics.
• Clear thinking, structured communication, and a bias for action.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice to have:

• Background in gaming — whether you’ve worked on game-like mechanics, mobile games, or simply love thinking in loops, rewards, and engagement systems.
