Need to do
- Business support on all HR issues (company staff - 550 employees in Kazakhstan, 45 employees in Uzbekistan)
- Organization, planning and construction of all HR processes/systems between the local office, head office and stores
- Building effective HR systems: recruitment/hiring, adaptation, training system, personnel evaluation, feedback sessions
- Support Payroll processes/systems, participation in the disciplinary commission
- Talent management: supervising career development and succession programs, training, creating career route schemes
- Recruitment control, work with outsourcing/out staffing, mass recruiting projects, robotized recruitment platforms
- Conducting projects on efficiency, involvement, staff turnover, systematization and automation of processes, databases on the Agile system
- Development of HR brand and corporate culture
- HR reporting, preparation of presentations
Skills for position
- Minimum 3 years in a similiar position
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent English is a Must (double reporting)
- Skills of hard &soft competency evaluation/ Result oriented
- Super communicative/ delivered speech
- Good knowledge of Labor code
- No obstacle for business trips
